While the final few days of this trip will take place in Serengeti National Park, famous for the best views of the great migration, the first two parks we will visit are in the more remote areas of Tanzania.
Selous Game Reserve is four times the size of the Serengeti and larger than the entire nation of Switzerland. Since this is not a national park we have a wider range of activities available. Our safari camp is situated high above the Rufiji River. More than half of Tanzania's elephant population is found in this area.
From there we fly to Ruaha National Park, one of largest and wildest national parks in the world! This is an area where Africa remains as it was generations ago, yet with the comforts of today's Africa traveler.
